4. Issues concerning third party software.
*BestBuyRDP strictly does not condone Hacking/ Bruteforcing/ Mass Mailing Tools. They are illegal and hence clients will not be able to use them, with the servers provided by us.
1. Our Server managers are at your service 24X7. Please feel free to contact us anytime.
2. No encoding of videos is allowed in admin RDP servers.
3. Server maintenance will be done occasionally which may involve restarting of server.
Private RDP Server Policy :

*2. If we found any server fault (hardware related), will fix it as soon as can fix it (depend on hardware & holiday).
